Our role as Property Managers includes making sure that the property you are paying rent for is safe, compliant and well maintained.<\/p>\n

The way that we do this is by checking regularly that everything is as it should be. Maintenance must be arranged through IMPERIAL REALTOR GROUP PTY LTD office, or by submitting maintenance through below form or Property Me Portal. To avoid unnecessary call outs of tradesmen and unnecessary costs to yourself, please take a moment to check and Troubleshoot issues first.<\/p>\n

If you organize maintenance without contacting us, it will be at your expense (unless in extreme emergency).<\/p>\n

If an emergency situation arises After Hours\/Weekends\/Public Holidays, Please contact 0402909342<\/a>. We can assess the situation, advise you on the urgency and coordinate any necessary action.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please note, <\/b>this emergency service should only be used for problems with essential<\/i><\/b> services, such as total electricity loss, sewage blockage, water supply, burst pipes or when the property is in danger if repairs are not carried out urgently.<\/p>\n

Any costs incurred for unnecessary emergency assistance or engagement of qualified tradesmen for non-essential repairs will be tenants responsibility, so always contact 0402909342<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
