Below is a list of commonly asked questions\/answers for your reference<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) <\/strong>HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU RESPOND TO MAINTENANCE?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Emergency repairs will be dealt with promptly; general maintenance will be prioritized according to the nature of the problem.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2) WHAT CAN I DO TO AVOID UNNECESSARY MAINTENANCE CALL OUT COSTS?<\/h5>\n

Before calling regarding repairs or maintenance, use the attached \u00a0Maintenance Troubleshooting Guide.<\/a><\/p>\n

3) <\/strong>WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEYS OR LOCK MYSELF OUT?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Accidents happen, but unfortunately, if you lock yourself out or lose your keys, the cost of calling out the locksmith will typically be your responsibility. Please be prepared for this should it happen.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

4) <\/strong>WHAT IF I CAN\u2019T PAY MY RENT ON TIME?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The most important thing you can do if you are unable to pay your rent on time is communicating with us. We have a zero-tolerance policy to rent arrears, so if you realize that you\u2019re unable to pay your rent on time, please let your property manager know as soon as possible.\u00a0 We can then make an arrangement that you must stick to. If you fail to pay your rent, it may result in tenancy tribunal proceedings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5) <\/strong>CAN I USE MY BOND TO COVER MY LAST RENT PAYMENT?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

No. Your bond is intended to be held to cover any damage to the property, not to cover your rent. It is held in trust with Tenancy Services, and it is illegal to expect the owner to use your bond as rent.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

6) <\/strong>WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WHEN MOVING OUT?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If you are on the move, your property manager will organize a time for your end of tenancy exit inspection. Once this has been completed and assuming property in good reletting order we can then get the bond refund process underway with RTA.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
